St. Ingbert, Saarbrücken and Homburg can be reached in 20 minutes. You can reach Saarbrücken Airport in 7 minutes and the Saarland thermal baths in 15 minutes. Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.

Welcome to our bright and cozy new building apartment (own front door access) with oak parquet floor and underfloor heating. The 1-room apartment has a 180x200cm bed with high-quality Tempur mattresses as well as a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. In addition to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, the apartment offers a new bathroom with accessible rain shower. Baby cot and highchair are available on request. The whole apartment can be darkened (shutters).

The apartment is 98 square meters and is on the ground floor of our residential building. It's a self-contained apartment that has a living room, two bedrooms. A large balcony with a lounger and seating area invites you to relax and enjoy fresh air.
