"Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. In the heart of the mountains - arrive and feel at home. Our non-smoking house is in a sunny, easily accessible location, 800m from the town centre. The bus stop for the sportiest ski area in Vorarlberg is 150m away and takes you to the Valisera or Grasjochtal station in 4 minutes. The Garfrescha lift can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. There is a separate smoking balcony for smokers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

Rest on the edge of the forest

Our young family with 2 children rent this new and modern 2 bedroom apartment in Vandans. Our house is beautiful, very quiet and located directly under the forest in the Vorarlberg Alps. Our guests can enjoy the wonderful view and tranquility of the forest from the large windows and from their private terrace with its own garden section.
