Only 25 minutes drive to Stavanger and 8 minutes drive to Preikestolen parking. Jørpeland city center is within walking distance. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. In the living room there are 2 sofa beds, space for 4 people. Three bedrooms with a double bed in each room. There is also a baby bed. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within a short radius. Bus stop is 2 minutes away, and bus to Stavanger and Sandnes runs every 15 minutes (bus stop: Lyngnesveien). Parking space for two cars as well as electric car chargers. Charging of electric car is included in the rent.

My house contains a 1st floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, a living room and fully equipped kitchen in the 2nd floor - with 52 inch Sony smart TV/Apple TV/Chrome/Netflix/Wi-Fi/Sonos audio system - and a bigger bathroom in the 3rd floor with bathtube. Suitable for 1-5 persons. 1 minute walk to the Pulpit Rock Ferry and very close to city center with all its facilities.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
