Cozy pedestal apartment of about 70 sqm at Forus close to Equinor, Aker BP and shopping at one of Norway's largest shopping centers. The apartment has 1(2) bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room with large windows that provide nice lighting conditions. A perfect location for business travelers with office at Forus. Large free parking and possibilities for electric car charging just outside the door. Internet, heat pump and dishwasher are included in the rent. Central and peaceful apartment on the first floor

Centrally located apartment approx. 60 sq ft on the first floor of a quiet area. There are good bus connections and short distance to the city center. Here you can relax but at the same time be close to everything. Good hiking areas in the area with fresbeegolf court, actionball center and mountain bike track. Gym and grocery store 500 meters away and one shopping center that is 1 km away. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need! Private terrace on the outside with little transparency.

Private Studio Basement

A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).

Private room -3 bedplaser with private bathroom at Sola

We rent out a large room in our house, with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There are good beds, a large double bed - 200 cm., and a single bed - 90 cm. Entrance with code lock and free parking. We live close to the center of Sola and the airport, and there is a bus from there that stops near our house. In the room there is a small fridge with freezer, microwave, air fryer, and kettle, tea and coffee. There is access to an electric car charger, for an additional fee.

Nice apartment near the sea

Newly renovated apartment by Hafrsfjord. The hiking trail along Hafrsfjord goes outside the house, which also has its own pier and bathing area. Many great hiking opportunities in the area. 3 km to walk along the sea to "Sword in mountains", and about 1 km to the sauna at Sunde. This one can be ordered. Good bus connection to Stavanger city center. 5 min bus ride to Madla amfi shopping center, and 20 min to the city center. Free parking.
