Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to ride up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
