The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. We have an active girl of soon 6, so a little life and touch in the house is. Good play buddy if someone has kids :)

Central if you just want to have some quiet days on the beach or if you are going to move between different destinations. Downtown about 10 minutes walk. Jotron about 5 min walk and the terminal about 10 min walk. During Stavernsfestivalen, the bus stops right next door. So it is central and easy for most purposes. Should there be a need for more beds, there is an addition to the price.
