Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

You will find peace and nature in a cozy stone house, far away from city and hustle. Ajanedo is a small hamlet with many cows, sheep, goats, cats, dogs and about 30 majestic goose vultures. It is located at an altitude of 400 metres in the valley of Miera, surrounded by mountains up to 2000 metres high. In Líerganes, 13 km away, you can go shopping, stroll and eat. Hiking, climbing, biking, fishing, exploring caves, watching animals - all this goes from the house without taking the car.

Large windows and roof windows flood the entire interior with light and color. The garden is spectacular, large, leafy and very quiet. The terrace under the oak tree invites you to relax reading or eating as a family. For rainy days, the fireplace and reading and play area are ideal.

Beautiful duplex with a carefully thought-out decoration to make you feel at home, and it includes a garage☺ With a cider house in front, which allows you to soak up Asturian gastronomy. Please note that it generates noise so refrain from booking for people sensitive to noise.🙏 But if you don't mind, it's an ideal place☺ The location allows you to walk to the main points of interest in 2 minutes: beaches, port, old town. Cozy and beautiful house restored from 1910 located in front of the marsh of San Vicente, with spectacular views. Amazing location 5 minutes walk from both the beaches and the center of the village. House located in the natural park of Oyambre with parking area and community gardens, adjacent to the road but with a delimited perimeter. Perfect for families with children and surf breaks due to its walking access to the best beaches and the village.

The house has been lovingly decorated, hoping that you will feel as comfortable as you would in your own home and enjoy a pleasant vacation. On the first floor, there is a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. On the second floor, there are two very cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. House with spectacular views

A unique house that overlooks the Sierra de Cuera from all its windows. Spectacular sunsets, a very quiet house in the Matavieja neighborhood (Colombres), 100 meters from the Casa Marisa restaurant. 5 minutes from La Franca beach by car and very close to the A8 Cantabrian motorway to visit all the other beaches in the area (Pechón, Andrín, Gerra, Oyambre...). Ideal place for excursions. Llanes is 15 minutes away.
