Apartment on 2 levels with excellent finishes, large terrace overlooking the domes of the churches in the surroundings including the Cathedral of Lecce. Devoid of any noise, it allows peace and relaxation at all hours of the day. Completely independent. Three bathrooms, one with a closed shower, one with an open shower. The third bathroom, on the terrace, can be used in the summer. If you want to use the second bedroom even if there are only 2 of you, you will have to pay a surcharge of €30 per day.

Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and, due to its peculiarities, for groups of children.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home. It is a comfortable and welcoming accommodation, recently renovated, in the very first historic center of Ceglie Messapica, about 100 m from the central Piazza Plebiscito. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an ancient eighteenth-century building, built entirely of stone, with the characteristic “star” vaults made visible, typical of the houses in the area. There is no air conditioning in the rooms as it is not necessary (but there is a fan).
