Apartment on the beach with amazing view

Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap. Apartment painted in January 25.

An ideal place for all those who want to experience the healthy and unique climate of the Costa Blanca. The flamingos and healing mud of Baños de lodo are 1.3 km away, and Mercadona is 1 km away. Next to it is the beautiful Villananitos beach. We offer 2 bicycles and 2 electric scooters. Year-round swimming pool open until 12 p.m. Underground parking space available. Every Monday there is a famous market. This unique place has numerous cycling routes, restaurants and beach bars.
