Newly built,secluded 600 sq ft 1 bedroom home with panoramic views of all of San Luis Obispo. Home is centrally located at 7min from both downtown &/or wineries, 3 miles to Cal Poly- but is completely quiet with no traffic on our multi acre property. This home shares the driveway and parking with our family’s main house, but the home has been designed for the two sets of 8ft glass sliders to have unobstructed views while maintaining complete privacy. Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.
