It is a newly renovated house in the old town of Alicante (the neighborhood). It has been decorated with modern and practical furniture. Three stays (dining room-kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom) have windows that favor the entry of natural light. Due to its location, it is very close to the most characteristic places of the city, beach, castle, city hall, restaurant area and drinks. If you have a few days to get to know the city, it is very close to all urban transportation combinations.

Everything new,newly renovated. It is located 17 MINUTES from Santa Barbara Castle and a 17' WALK from Postiguet Beach. The neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants and all kinds of shops, 6 blocks from a large shopping center. It is very well connected with buses and Tram. Possibility of renting nearby parking.

Places of interest: the beach 700 meters away, buses and tram to the center of Alicante, and the airport (20 minutes by car). We have one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in Alicante next to a natural cove called Cabo Huertas. There are all kinds of shops very close (supermarkets, Eco shops, clothing stores, restaurants and a shopping center with a playground). My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children).

The urbanization is equipped with 2 swimming pools, tennis court, football field, mini golf course and a children's park.
