Take a walk on the beach in the morning, play in the sand all day, and then jump into the pool before dinner and relax on the balcony at sunset. Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

Ocean waves are heard and seen from upstairs deck and master suite. Short walk to the beach, pier, harbor, restaurants, movie theater, etc. Free wifi. Complex has pools, jacuzzi, gym, indoor garage. PLEASE NOTE: We have a sound sensitive neighbor, please no running/loud noises on first floor.

Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.
