From the living area and balcony you have the most amazing view over the ocean. At only 10 minutes walking distance or 160 panoramic staircase steps from the beach. The apartment situated on top-floor includes a bedroom, bathroom and a comfortable living area with a fully equipped kitchen.

Our apartment is located in La Playa San Agustín, a wonderful location, in a small and quiet complex on the beachfront of San Agustin Beach with direct access, where you can disconnect from the routine. Among the highlights is the terrace, due to its location it receives sunshine for a good part of the day and has two sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and an awning so you can enjoy your meals outdoors with the pleasant breeze and listen to the sound of the sea.

Cozy apartment with direct beach access

Our 45-METER apartment is our particular paradise and is located on the banks of Eagle Beach in a friendly neighborhood complex. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, children's bedroom with bunk beds , living room- kitchen with sofa bed where two children can sleep or 1adulto. washer-dryer. wifi and TV. Common pool and solarium renovated in 2024 from where you have an incredible view of the sea. Enjoy the sound of waves and sunrise from our terrace.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed dressed in a floral duvet with decorative pillows. Bedside tables hold stylish lamps. Storage is provided by a tall wardrobe and a low dresser. Natural light enters through a small window, complemented by green towels folded neatly.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

A spacious living area features large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of the ocean and sandy beach. A comfortable sofa is positioned beside the glass, allowing for relaxation while enjoying the scenic coastal landscape. Natural light brightens the contemporary space.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.
