Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Rich in history, Château d'Ancy-Le-Franc, Château de Tanlay, not to mention the famous family restaurant in the village "Chez Mémé"! Fully-equipped house, all you have to do is put your bags down. Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

So that you only have to enjoy your stopover in Lezinnes, linen and cleaning are included in the rental and the beds are made on arrival.
