In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

In unserem sanierten Altstadthaus in bester Lage erwartet Dich ein eigenes modernes 21m2 (225 sqft) Gästestudio für 1-2 Personen. Sicher erreichbar über ein gemeinsames Stiegenhaus, mit eigenem Eingang. Volle Privatsphäre in einem abgetrennten Bereich, der nur von Dir alleine genützt wird. In unserem Innenhof unterhalb der Festung steht unseren Gästen direkt anschließend an den Wohnraum ein sehr kleiner privater Sitzbereich im Freien zur Verfügung.

Welcome to your holiday apartment in Salzburg. It is located in the suburbs of the beautiful city of Salzburg and you can explore the city easily with the bus. the house is around 3 km away from the city center but the bus station is only 50 m away from the house and leaves every 15 minutes. The flat is completely new renovated and has everything for a spoilt holiday. I m a tour guide and would love to give you some advice (if you want so).

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für 1-2 Gäste buchbar (Babybett bzw. Zusatzbett möglich) und verfügt über eine geräumige große und komplett eingerichtete Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer ist klein aber fein!

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
