It is a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and a nicely located balcony facing south towards the courtyard. Bed of 160 cm and sofa bed. The apartment is centrally located but quiet in a house with an elevator, and just a stone's throw from SoFo's charming neighborhood. In the area, there is the beautiful Vitabergsparken but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bar streets.

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Perhaps you'll let the stress melt away in the sauna or hammock, followed by a swim or a nice outdoor shower. Here you are close to nature and the city at the same time. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
