The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Recently renovated unit in an old Savoyard farmhouse on the first floor with equipped kitchen, adjacent living room with sofa and TV (+ wifi). Mezzanine sleeping area (160 twin beds), bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. Non-Smoking. Parking in front of the house. Studio not suitable for pets. Numerous outdoor activities and sites to visit within a radius of 15 min to 1 hour or more!

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, not overlooked, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily travel through the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a supplement on the stay of €10.

The interior of the property is brand new, and recently made available. For movie lovers, a unique collection of DVDs is available. A trampoline is available if needed. Also a travel cot for babies. The owners are nearby if needed.
