Entire apartment for exclusive use and equipped in a rural-type house. We are in Champdepraz at 520 meters above sea level in the lower valley. Excellent base and starting point for those who want to explore the entire region, ideal for hikers, skiers, climbers and mountain lovers. Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

ACCOMMODATION WITH GARAGE. My place is close to the THERMAL BATHS and the CENTER OF THE TOWN that can be easily reached on FOOT. My place is good for couples and friends with 1 double bedroom or bedroom with two single beds. There's a big balcony. SAINT VINCENT is in the center of the AOSTA VALLEY and therefore it is very convenient to reach many places for excursions and skiing in a short time. Questions welcome. “La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. Beautiful and large house on two floors, in the historic center, leaning against the Roman walls. On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.
