Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

And it is only a 15 minute walk to Lagos old town, the marina and lots of nice restaurants. The kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were renovated recently and the furniture is brand new. Casa Ivana is located in the quiet village of Budens on the edge of the Costa Vicentina and was lovingly restored in 2014. Our Casa is equipped with all modern comforts and yet we have placed great importance on preserving the charm and character of the typical, old, Portuguese house. The village of Budens is an excellent starting point for all activities in the South/West Algarve. You can quickly reach surfing beaches. It is a great starting point for excursions into the hinterland.

House with two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and an outdoor terrace with table and chairs. On the first floor, we have two double bedrooms, one with a balcony facing the street and the other with a view of the sea and village, and another bathroom also with a shower. The house is located on a one-way street, so you have full access by car to the house. There is no private parking, but there is a free one 200 meters from the house.
