Come and discover our very "cozy" and atypical studio, located in a charming little Ardèche village "Lanas", close to the Ardèche. The accommodation is functional and ideal for 2 people. 😍 On one level, it has an independent entrance to an enclosed courtyard (useful if you have bikes)... The house is located in a hamlet in the hills of the Drôme department. The house is over 140 m² with 4 bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen with a large dining table. All beds are modular: 8 singles or 1 queen-size (160 cm) and 3 king-size (180 cm). There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a private shower. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom (with a bath and separate shower). The swimming pool is shared with the 3 other houses in the hamlet.
