The Canons gîte

Independent apartment completely renovated in a charming Charentaise in the heart of the village. The accommodation is quiet and is located 15 min from La Rochelle, 10 min from Chatelaillon beach and 20 min from the Île de Ré bridge. A patio is available to enjoy the outdoors: grilling, sun loungers, relaxation... In the village you can enjoy the many amenities such as a bakery, playground, supermarket, caterer, pizzeria, and even a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Authentic small Oléronaise house (35 m2) completely renovated located on our property, very quiet in the historic village of Saint-Georges. Separate entrance, bike garage, private terrace and garden. The most beautiful beaches of the island are less than 2 km away, close to bike paths, shops and restaurants nearby (200 m), daily market in season. Bed made on arrival, towels and linens provided. Wood-burning stove, wood available. Two bikes available.

Cozy garden house near the beach

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

Small shop located in La Rochelle, in the very pleasant area of Tasdon (where we also live). The house is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and less than 15 minutes walk to the harbor and beach. You will find everything you need nearby: bakery, grocery store, supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, tobacco, coffee… You can enjoy the entertainment of the city center a few steps away, while being safe from nuisance.

Pretty fisherman's house

Small riverside house in the heart of the Poitevin marsh 40 mins from La Rochelle. Ideal for lovers of fishing, cycling, paddleboarding. Absolute calm is 40 minutes from the island of Re or Vendee beaches. In the kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hobs, capsule coffee machine etc. In the bedroom a double bed and a mezzanine with a sleeping area for 2, a sofa bed in the living room. All beds are 140cm.
