You will find everything you need nearby: bakery, grocery store, supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, tobacco, coffee… You can enjoy the entertainment of the city center a few steps away, while being safe from nuisance.

Small riverside house in the heart of the Poitevin marsh 40 mins from La Rochelle. Ideal for lovers of fishing, cycling, paddleboarding. Absolute calm is 40 minutes from the island of Re or Vendee beaches. In the kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hobs, capsule coffee machine etc. In the bedroom a double bed and a mezzanine with a sleeping area for 2, a sofa bed in the living room. All beds are 140cm.
