Lovely apartment on the Colombier Haut property, situated on a hilltop in a quiet cul de sac with beautiful surrounding countryside views. This self-contained apartment is separate to the main property where the owners live all year round. The 36m² apartment boasts a double ensuite, lounge & kitchen with its own balcony. The lounge sofa unfolds into a double bed. In the secluded garden is a 10m x5m pool with roman end and alarm that can be used from June to September. Brick built bbq.

The cottage, completely independent, on the ground floor, is located in the park, not facing the owners' house and another cottage. Terrace not overlooked. 14 meter swimming pool with heated massage waterfall from early May to end of October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests allowed)

Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance.
