Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

La Passerelle - Julie's cottage in Drôme Provençale

The cottage is located in the heart of the Baronnies Nature Park, in a village nestled in the hollow of a fantastic valley where lavender, apricots, olives and einkorn wheat are harvested. This valley is a small paradise surrounded by mountains, all offering a view of Mont Ventoux, for nature and sports lovers. The accommodation is adjoining our home. This large building dates back to 1880 and we have carefully renovated it over 5 years.

On the edge of the property, La Grange de Fer, a former 180 m2 farm building, has been renovated with great care. The volumes are generous, the 2 bedrooms very spacious and comfortable, with each bathroom and private toilet, the bedding has been chosen for its great comfort. The living space is large and bright and naturally opens to the outside thanks to its large windows. The main room has 2 desks - WiFi - 4G coverage
