Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!

The residence is located 50 m from shops (supermarket, bakery, equipment rental, restaurants, ski pass offices in winter etc.) Access to the ski slopes is 100 m away and the return to the residence can be done on skis (from December to May).
