Very nice apartment crossing, 55 m2, on the 2nd floor: 2' from the old port (all fun without disturbances), 5' from the central market and 7' from the train station: perfect for enjoying all the charms, many, of La Rochelle on foot. The view is relaxing, not directly overlooked: the living room to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, on the canal and the Church of Saint-Sauveur (17th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.
