It is 300 m from the sun beach and about ten meters from the state forest where you will find a stop for the small train of Saint-Trojan-Les-Bains. The center of town is 10 minutes by bike.

Rental for a minimum of two guests. In the living room, sofa bed available unfolding on foams for two children. The house is located in a quiet location and free of any motorized traffic. It is of the Oléronese type and completely renovated. It is about ten meters from the shopping street. I will personally welcome guests for the tour and inventory. In my absence, a trusted person will replace me.
