This is a private studio apartment with its own private elevated entrance (10 stairs). It is served with private shower, kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, breakfast table and air-conditioning. The property has just been renovated. Forming part of the first floor in our house, it is designed to accommodate two guests for short let holidays. Walking distance from Marsascala's promenade, rocky beaches, 100 metres away from bus stops and basic amenities.

It's a nice and cosy space, close to many amenities, with excellent communications and nearby activities. The apartment is located close to popular beaches in Malta: St Thomas Bay, St Peters pool and Delimara.

Apartment is close to all amenities including restaurants and public transport and is situated 2 mins walk to the sea (one of the nicest beach in Malta). Neighbourhood is particularly quite and friendly.

Ramla Boutique Home is located very near the sea, which makes it great for spending time swimming or doing other water sports. During the evening, one can take a walk along the sea or have dinner at a nearby restaurant. Guests can spend time in the jacuzzi, which is found on the roof of the house. Apart from the jacuzzi, the house is equipped with all the necessary amenities like Internet, a spacious desk, washing machine, microwave etc... The house is fully airconditioned.
