Very nice and bright, this charming 88 m² house, not overlooked, is detached and has an adjoining garden, fully fenced and accessible from outside the house. Ideally located in the Cisse Valley, between the Châteaux de Sologne (30 minutes from Chambord) and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley (35 minutes from Amboise) as well as 55 minutes from Beauval Zoo. Quiet and close to amenities, you will find 100 m away: a bakery/tobacconist and a post office.

It has an entrance, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A rest and dining area at the bottom of the garden My garage is at your disposal to store equipment or your motorcycle, as well as a car parking space. Bed linen and towels provided.

This fully renovated house, as an extension of my home, will allow you to combine the calm of the countryside and quick access to the tourist spots of the region (Blois, Chambord, etc.).
