In the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in France, pretty little fisherman's house 200 meters from the Rance. Living area of 75 m2, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with small intimate courtyard surrounded by stone walls. All comforts (internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, TV...). Recent renovation. Living room with beautiful old fireplace, niches and tableware... Capacity of 5 people: - a first bedroom with a double bed - and a second with a bunk bed and a single bed.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Fisherman's house style built in local stones. The Blue House, that's its name, is all yours, peaceful, fully equipped. In a village "classified "+ beautiful village of France", shops and tourist office 50 m away. At the port, beaches, creperie, glacier, small outdoor restaurants with their terrace facing the sea! Typical Breton village, with historical visits to its monuments and traditions, Saint-Suliac is close to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale and Dinan.
