Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

La P'tite Maison

Adorable stone house in historic village.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

The Country House

On one level house of 87 square meters between Angoulême and Poitiers. In a country setting, the house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It is composed of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The bright living room consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It's connected to the fiber. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden and a garage. Everything for fun and safety.

Nearby: Réjalant River (swimming, canoeing), Valley of the Monkeys, typical villages. (Ruffec, Confolens, Verteuil-sur-Charente, Nanteuil-en-Vallée). Equally distance between Angoulême and Poitiers, this accommodation offers the possibility of many excursions. The small town of Ruffec (4 km) will ensure you the ease of your supplies.

This fully fenced one-story house, bordered by a fir tree, is located in Condac, near the Réjallant leisure center between Ruffec, (with its shops) and the charming village of Verteuil, renowned for its castle and mill.

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
