So if you're looking for tranquility close to the city, this is the place! Parking is available in the courtyard of the house. Closed lot.

In the Tours metropolitan area (10 min by car), we will welcome you to our house located in a lightly urbanized area, it is a bit "the city in the countryside", close to the Ateliers de la Morinerie, a contemporary art site. Our house consists of a ground floor with terrace and private garden for guests as well as an upper floor (where we live). We also have a very large wooded garden (1800 m2) which you can access upon request.

The kitchen area features a dining table set for four, complemented by decorative placemats and cutlery. Light cabinetry and modern appliances, including a refrigerator and washing machine, create a clean and functional cooking space. A coffee maker is also visible, enhancing the kitchen's practicality.
