In Sappey en Chartreuse, at an altitude of 1000 m: cozy accommodation, adjoining our house, above our garage, with small terrace. 5 minutes' walk: village center with markets (Tuesdays and Fridays) and grocery store/bread depot depending on the opening days. Hiking, downhill and Nordic skiing depending on snow conditions, snowshoeing, tree climbing... 15 km from Grenoble. 15 km from St Pierre de Chartreuse/St Hugues (alpine and Nordic skiing). 5 km from Col de Porte (alpine and Nordic skiing at 1300 m altitude).

Deep south , overlooking the village and facing the mountain, you will appreciate my place for its brightness and conviviality. Located 10 minutes by car from the ski resort of the planolet ( St Pierre de Chartreuse) as well as multiple hiking trails accessible either on foot or by car. For lovers of cross-country skiing or snowshoeing there is also the"desert" resort 10 minutes by car. The village of St Pierre d 'Entremont and all its shops are reachable on foot.

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
