Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Pleasant cottage close to Saint-Malo, the banks of Rance, the AquaMalo aquatic center. Close to shops and the town center, this cottage is very peaceful due to its location in a cul-de-sac. Recently built, it has all the necessary comforts. Equipped with a beautiful wooden terrace, the site also offers a parking space and is fully enclosed.
