The accommodation is attached to the owner's house but with independent entrance. You will have access to the private pool. Accommodation located on Chemin Summer in St Gilles les Bains, 15 min walk to Les Roches Noires beach. You can park your vehicle in front of the house.

Studio of about 21 m² upstairs 12 steps, in the owner's house, free parking lockable and lit at night, a varangue awaits you with a barbecue for grilling, table and 2 chairs, if you smoke, an ashtray is provided only at this place. Depending on the season, the banana tree, mango tree, cotton tree, papaya tree and of course the swimming pool all year round, minimum 23° in winter and 32° in summer.
