Beautiful little chalet from 1968, on the side of the mountain within 1 set of about forty chalets nestled in the middle of the vegetation in protected natural area at an altitude of 1200m. For nature lovers, 2km of ski resort and Mont-Dore, breathtaking views of the Massif du Sancy/Capucin (wide sliding bay on terrace). Renovated in 2019 integrated kitchen, lounge with closed fireplace, lounge with fireplace. In self-management, cleaning to be done on departure if not to be booked at the concierge. 5 people max.

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Welcome to Auvergne, in the beautiful region of Puys, rich in walks and cultural heritage... fishing sites..., swimming possible in the lakes, In winter, ski resorts 40 minutes away, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding with equipment rental and picnic room 30 minutes away. Comfortable chalet in the entrance to the resort of Super-Besse. Free shuttle to the slopes or to Besse, close to the chalet. Quiet and warm chalet. Perfect for a stay with family or friends. The enclosed garden and its terrace will be particularly appreciated in summer. Dynamic resort with lots of summer and winter activities (skiing, sled dogs, summer tobogganing, zip line...). The wood stove is only decorative. There's no traditional oven, only a handset

The gite, with a surface area of 65 m², can accommodate 4 to 5 people. If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
