very cosy home

Beautifully converted barn, I lovingly restored it over the last 10 years, to the highest standards to offer a modern country living. I made it as my dreams evolved, including a home cinema, underfloor heating, internal courtyard for barbecues etc. Tucked away in a pretty village with it's bakery and convenience store, yet with easy access to stunning local countryside, historic villages and castles. The house is perfect for family celebrations or to get away from it all whatever the weather.

80 m2 apartment on the ground floor. Once you pass in front of the building (it must be on your right) take the first cul-de-sac on the right, then enter the private paved courtyard. Collective green space. Close to shops, bakery, trails for lovers of walking, mountain biking, a nice market on Friday morning, everything can be done on foot. A magnificent collegiate church. Close to the villages of Marols and Montarcher. 1 hour by car from the Chaise Dieu and 10 min from the petanque square.
