In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Our cottage is located in a small hamlet close to L'Aigle, 1 hr 15 min from the Normandy beaches and 1 hr 30 min from Paris. L'Aigle is served by the Paris/Granville train line. Many sites are to be visited nearby.

Comfortable and up-to-date, with its open living space, fireplace, board games offered as well as its garden and boulodrome. The house is in a friendly hamlet, it is not isolated in the countryside. All shops in the charming village of La Ferté Fresnel (5 km) or in the city of Aigle (7 km).

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located in a commune of Orne near the Aigle where you will find all the shops (train station connecting Montparnasse to the Aigle, market on Tuesday morning, swimming pool with slide in the highest in Europe, multiple shops). You are 80 km from the sea and Suisse Normandy. The house sits on a one hectare lawn, a river runs along the land.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
