It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony overlooking the bay, and a large bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190 cm. Wifi and connected TV. Occupancy capacity for up to 2 people. In the heart of the village, you can do anything on foot. Parking in small private courtyard. Self check-in with lockbox. Book with my favorite places and places.

The 30 m² "BEACH" apartment with its 16 m² private terrace consists of a living room with equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people (quality bedding, bed made on arrival) and a private shower room. Saint Nic is the perfect central base for checking out Finistère. In the immediate vicinity you will find cafes and bakeries, restaurants and creperies.

18 m² studio with 50 m² garden in a quiet area. Equipped kitchen, 140 x 200 mezzanine bed, sofa, TV, shower room and storage. Access 2 min walk to the coastal path and 5 min walk to the shingle beach. 20 min drive to Brest and Landerneau, 45 min to the Presqu'île de Crozon. Bring small shoes for swimming. No smoking and no pets allowed. Check-in and checkout times are modifiable and agreed upon together.

To visit absolutely, the village of Locronan ( market place ), Peninsula of Crozon, the old quimper.

Come and take a trip to the end of the earth in Douarnenez, in our 30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in June 2021, at the Pointe de Tréboul residence. 10 steps from the water, you will enjoy at every moment the spectacle of the sea, the view of Tristan Island, the activity of the marina with its sailing school and the many old rigs that cross in front of the terrace.

Relax in this 45 m2 quiet and elegant accommodation, take a moment outdoors to relax under a large mulberry tree in its large flowery garden with sea view. 200 m from the beach and the GR34. Summer is a very popular season for us and to better manage arrivals and departures via our work, our rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
