Delightful air-conditioned studio with independent entrance. Located (by car) 10' from La Rochelle, and 15' from the Pont de l'île de Ré. The village has a bakery. The studio has an equipped kitchen, a seating area, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a private terrace with table and barbecue. Cleaning must be done. (Fees applied are for bed and bath linen). My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door. No smoking allowed. Free wifi access
