"Appartement de type T2 au rez-de-chaussée dans le village très calme de Courteuil ( 17m pour parc d’Asterix). D'une surface de 23m2, tout confort avec le salon et une chambre. La cuisine, séparée, est équipée d'une plaque à induction (avec poêles), d'un réfrigérateur, d'un micro-onde et d'une hotte, en plus du nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle de douche comprend un WC et un sèche-serviette. Un lave-linge et un sèche-linge 2 en 1 sont disponibles. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family overlooking an open equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed another with a single bed and the third with a single bed. There is a closet and a dressing room. The bathroom is spacious. South facing balcony. Free parking space for private vehicles in the residence. NO SMOKING and no pets allowed. Supplement for sheets, towels for 1 night only and overconsumption of electricity 25 kwh per day.

Come and relax in our fully equipped studio located 10 minutes from the city center on foot. The studio is on the second and last floor, without elevator, and has an entrance with large closet, a bathroom with bathtub, a large carefully decorated living room, a kitchen and to finish a balcony with a nice view of the greenery of the residence. You can park in the visitor parking lot at the entrance of the residence which is a few meters from the accommodation.
