La décoration est soignée donnant du charme à l'appartement: Plancher ancien, carreaux de ciment, petit mur de briques dans le coin travail, mosaïques dans la douche, portes style atelier.... Le quartier est très calme (joli jardinet sur l'arrière) tout en étant proche du centre ville.
