The house is part of a pretty renovated farmhouse, which overlooks Claret Valley. You will be 5 minutes from Pic Saint Loup, 45 minutes from the sea or Montpellier, 2 minutes from shops and at the start of beautiful hiking trails, mountain bike trails or winery tours. Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. Nice independent accommodation in old stone house, at the foot of the Château de Brissac. Three rooms: a kitchen - dining room - bedroom (bed 140*190), a small bedroom (bed 140*200), a large bathroom - toilet, and a small outdoor terrace. Beautiful view of the garrigue and the Cevennes, morning sun, cool summer (house leaning against the rock), many hiking trails accessible from the house, various activities nearby (canoeing, climbing, horseback riding, caving).
