A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The Lake apartment is about 100 m2 independent and quiet in the center of Bouaye 20 minutes from Nantes and the beaches (Pornic), 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the Planète Sauvage animal park. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + single bed and another with double bed) + 1 office area, non-enclosed games room + a living room with double sofa bed and an office area + 1 independent kitchen, a small bathroom (shower + sink) and separate toilet. The house does not have an outdoor area.

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

I am renting my apartment located 10 minutes' walk to Porcé Beach, 10 minutes' drive to Pornichet and 15 minutes to La Baule. The building is secured with surveillance cameras in common areas. it is on the 5th floor with elevator, on a square where there is a Carrefour market, bakery, post office, pharmacy, and Baker. On Wednesday mornings, there is a market in the square. A crib and high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.
