You can do everything on foot once you arrive: the famous market (50 m), the market hall, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, casino, beaches, port (sea bus). Townhouse on the ground floor (55 m2) completely refurbished in 2016, fully equipped with a small garden, ideal for couples alone or with children (sleeps 4)

Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.

Small terraced house without exterior of about 50 m on 3 levels ,located between the village of Saint Lunaire and the city of Dinard . 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking path..( the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.

A person 1.60 m tall will sleep very well there :) Possibility to unfold the living room sofa for 2 additional beds if needed. Linens and towels are to be provided. My housekeeper can provide them for an extra charge
