House of 250 m², with veranda, terrace, garden of 600 m² overlooking the Loire and its sunsets, located in the heart of Chaumont-sur-Loire, a small tourist town of 1104 inhabitants classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its village runs along the main road for 2 kilometers, bordered on one side by the Loire, the last wild river, and on the other side by the hillside overlooked by the Domaine Régional including its 15th century feudal castle and the garden festival.

It has been fitted, furnished and decorated with elements found in the barn of the last miller in a chic country style. The property, located 400 meters from Chambord National Park, welcomes you in a natural area crossed by the "Cosson" river, from where you can discover the prestigious Châteaux of the Loire, Beauval Zoo and the surrounding historic towns. We will welcome you to our habitat, whose garden with its different species of trees composes an arboretum that promotes calm and rest. On reservation (2 days in advance), possibility to order breakfast (€10).

Let yourself be seduced by this lovely place to stay. In a large old house, private room of 20m² on the floor ( under the attic) , fan. Enclosed garden of 500 m² with trees and terrace semi-shaded by a eucalyptus tree. The house also hosts a very nice and very playful little dog.
