Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. The whole house has been recently renovated. Small house in private property with closed courtyard and nice view of a field of horses... garden to share with the owners. I rent my country house, large house in the Perche with fireplace, pellet stove, central gas heating, near the Réno forest, large unheated pool, petanque court, ping-pong table, very beautiful and large garden with trees and flowers. I provide bed sheets, hand and bath towels as well as condiments, salt, pepper, oil, etc. And I make the beds for your arrival to be even more enjoyable!
