Detached house with private saltwater pool.

Welcome to southern Ardèche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything is available to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and ball games. The house is the enclosed land, the owners are independent, they have the same entrance gate on the land with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian Chapel. This year we installed a dome.

Very new villa. Rated 4 stars. 4 stars. Cleaning, linens and towels included. Very well-equipped. Fully air-conditioned. Heated pool from April to October. Swimming against the current. Exceptional hot tub in wellness room with dry and wet sauna, Italian shower. Norwegian bath. Large living room, two large galandage bays open to the exotic wooden deck. We enjoy the scenery, the calm and the walks. Unobstructed and magnificent view of the Ardèche gorges.

Surrounded by trees and with a green wall; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool you down. It has a HOT TUB in operation from June 30 to September 15. It is a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper.

This small stone house is at the end of a small green garden all along. The house is very nice, quiet, sheltered from the sun, it is pleasant even in summer. The living room overlooks the garden. A steep staircase leads to a spacious bedroom. The house has character with antique wooden furniture. A large table and a plancha allow you to enjoy grilled meats and vegetables under the olive trees.
