South-facing exposure with a magnificent view of the entire Champsaur valley. 10 minutes from the Champsaur lake and the activities of the valley. The accommodation is composed of a separate sleeping area, with a double bed. As well as 2 bunk beds. A kitchen living room equipped with induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, combined microwave oven.

We offer an independent cottage of nearly 90 m2, great comfort with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur Valley. The cottage includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m², a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant and south-facing exterior with a shaded terrace, a green space, games for children and parking spaces.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.
