Totally independent apartment above our garage, 150 m from the tram to Bordeaux center and 1 km from the access to the ring road to be on the beach or in the vineyards of Saint Emilion in 45 minutes. Also close to the faculties and 700 m from the center of Pessac (cinema, market, restaurants, shops). The entrance is completely independent and you can arrive at any time thanks to a key box. Pretty little new air-conditioned house, located in a very quiet location. Ideal for a couple with children looking to relax and visit the Aquitaine region (15km Bordeaux center, 20 mins Bassin, 30 mins Cap Ferret, Lacanau and Arcachon). Close to the Pessac/Mérignac service areas, the accommodation is ideal for business trips. The private garden with trees has a pretty exotic wooden terrace allowing you to have a quiet lunch/dinner/aperitif close to nature.
